So I have dealt with IMG Distribution three times now, once when my axle on my proper front wheel broke, once when my fly frame broke, and now again when my proper cassette driver bearings blew.

My proper front wheel was originally a proper hub and a weinmann rim (or something like that) in all gold - they sent me a spare front wheel whilst they fixed mine but in the end I just asked to keep the wheel they sent me and they said that would be fine - brilliant service.

My fly pantera 2 got a crack just about the bottom bracket and so I sent it to them, they sent me a new one about 2 days later - I thought that was as far as their professional, fast, brilliant customer service went… Then I dealt with them again.

I sent them an email on Monday to let them know that my bearings broke and I couldn’t find out how to remove them (it was a bit of a bitch) - turns out you need a special tool to remove the bearings… I went a bit hammer happy when the bearings were annoying me and hit my driver up a bit… They said they would be able to fit new bearings and fix it up for me as long as the damage wasn’t too bad… So I send it off on Tuesday, get an email on Wednesday to say they’ve fixed it, and receive it back today. Top quality service. They replaced the three bearings as best they could and I’ve put the driver back on my bike and it is running perfect…

The best bit of all of this, is they did this for free. They didn’t have to and could easily of charged me £4 per bearing like Alans do for odyssey bearings… But they didn’t.
